Notarization for agent actions
Don't take the agent's word for it.
STAAMPID re-checks the signed record of an agent's action, then adds a signature of its own with a separate key. Anyone can verify both later, offline.

Today, whoever runs the action also certifies it.
When an agent platform says an action happened as authorized, its own record is usually the only evidence. For actions with money, access or accountability attached, one signer isn't enough.

Checks before it signs.
STAAMPID doesn't take a record at face value. It verifies the signatures and contents first, and refuses anything that doesn't check out.

A separate key, published.
It signs with its own key, separate from the system that ran the action, and publishes the public half so anyone can verify.

An append-only log.
Every record it signs goes into a signed, append-only log, so you can confirm it's there.
